Practices:

Since we are in a fall league, we will begin regular practices in late July or early August.  Send us your contact info early in order to receive all email blasts.

Tuesdays: 5.00 - 7.00 pm.  We will work on a skill and go for a ride.

Thursdays: 5.00 - 7.00 pm.  We will go for a longer trail ride.  (Trailhead locations WILL vary.)

As the days get shorter in mid-September, we bump up practices to 4.30.

Parents

For all practices and races please support your athlete and our team by:

*assisting your athlete with TEAM APP.

*arranging for your athlete's transportation to all practices and races on time.

*being flexible about the end of practice times.  So many factors go into having a successful practice that ends "on time."  We always do our best, but falls, flats, other mechanicals and weather changes happen.

*communicating constructively and timely with the Coaches and Team Director.

*helping your athlete with good nutrition, hydration and recovery.

*being knowledgeable about concussions.

*volunteering for the team, (especially for the League on race days.)
